- Refund Processing: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund for the purchase price, excluding shipping fees. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days.
- Non-Refundable Items: Please note that opened products are ineligible for returns due to health and safety standards.
