  • Condition for Returns: Products must be unopened and in their original packaging. Returns must be made within 60 days from the ordering date.
  • Refund Processing: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund for the purchase price, excluding shipping fees. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Please note that opened products are ineligible for returns due to health and safety standards.

  • Estimated Shipping Times: Our estimated shipping times are for transit only. Orders typically ship within 1 to 4 business days. Given our Northern BC location, please consider these timelines as estimates.
  • International Orders: For customers outside Canada, please be aware of potential customs duties which are the responsibility of the buyer. We strive to comply with all export laws applicable to our products.
